A total of $7.23 million worth of homes sold and closed in Clarksburg during March 2013, compared to $4.77 million in March 2012 – an increase of 51.50 percent.
The median sold price during March was $385,300 (up 14.16 percent compared to March of last year), and the number of homes sold and closed was up 21.43 percent.
Also, the average days on the market for homes that sold in Clarksburg dropped by 65.64, indicating a much faster sales pace than last year.
