It's that time of the year! It's spring time and time for the annual Parade of Homes Boise 2013!
In this article I will be talking about the new community called Catalpa. This is where the Parade of Homes Boise 2013 #15 is located at.
This community is a relatively smaller community and the homes are very spread out. It is located to the NW of downtown Eagle. Access to State Street is not very far away.
This community in Eagle has a great view of the mountains to the north and a little to the north east. Quiet, non busy roads.
The nice feature of this home from the outside is the fact that the garage entrance is on the side of the home and not in the front like many homes. Also this is a basement home which is also rare in Idaho.
