Being new to Real Estate but not new to business, I've always understood the importance of clean, current, quality database--in building our real estate practice, I am learning it is the MOST important asset to our success. In fact---when I exit the business in the future---it's the database that will value monetize the sale of the practice. I am reminding myself of that daily as I work through the tedium of keeping it as though it were, because it is--the golden egg. Thanks for checking in. Hope your business is picking up. Hi Todd---I used to run the Embassy Suites in Tigard, right next to the WP Mall back in the early nineties, so know Beaverton well.
