  Westminster, CO - It amazes me how we are "proceeding along" with such LOW inventory in the Greater Denver Metro areas!  As you can see, by the stats below, that our inventory is over 35% below last year at this same time.

Such shortage has caused many changes in certain areas through-out Denver and the suburbs.  I have participated in a few strange offer situations.  We have submitted offers $15,000 over list prices and NOT received the winning bid!!

Dan, it is quite the interesting market!     I have enjoyed listing more homes, rather than being in many multiple offer situations with buyers!

Joan, I hear you.  I have seen a few buyers just back out of the market since they cannot find anything.  We do need more listings!!

I bid on a house to flip recently. The losing price was $99,900. My bid was $135,000 and didn't get the property. There will be another, not to worry.

Joe, I completely understand when working the fix n flip side of things.  You make your money when you buy!!  Makes you wonder if another investor offered much more than you did!!  

Gabe, just certain pockets of the market has gotten into a frenzy, but it seems to be filtering over to other Cities.
