How Many Times Have You Heard....

Just wondering how many times have you heard...

 "I want a house in a good neighborhood, at a good price..."

"I'm looking for a deal..."

"Yeah, but last year my neighbor got..."

"I know, but if they really want to sell they'll sell it to me (XXXX dollars below market)..."

"I'm only qualified for ____ but I really want ____. Maybe you can find it for me...."

"Just email me everything you got...."

"I know my property is worth more..." (Even though the facts say it isn't)

 "My cousin bought a house just like that for 100K less.... (in 1999)"

Do you have anything you'd like to add??

But if someone really wants it, they will pay more.... I am praying that God will present a good deal... You never know if you don't look... Heck, my ex husband (who holds his real estate license) said to me as we were reviewing an offer on our home this past year, "But our house is worth more than that." To which I replied: "Not unless YOU want to buy it!"

I am in no Rush         I can wait for my price      and no offers come in at the price they are looking for.  Eventually they sell for the lower price after eight months where they paid eight months of mortgage.  Doesn't make sense but many homeowners do it
