Well, I am not sure about the state of Georgia but the market in Columbus, Ga seems to be on the rise. With it being a military town, it has a different flow than other cities across the US. In the past couple of years we have had two bases merge into one, adding 20,000 troops with their families to the area. We have welcomed the 3rd ID back from a tour in Kuwait, and that said, we will have many changes come to the area with soldiers to ETS and PCS. That doesn't count the number of troops that, naturally, get orders to report elsewhere every 3 to 4 years.
