Proposed Immigration Bill For Canadian Visitors

I'm sure you've heard that the proposed immigration bill introduced last week includes an act that would allow Canadian visitors to stay in the US for up to eight months a year. It also introduces a proposed retiree visa that would allow foreigners to purchase 500k in real estate and to stay for up to three years.
