Great information on the recent real estate activity in Centennial. I would certainly expect things to continue at a steady pace as we go into the "busy season" of real estate.
Centennial's real estate market has been very active over the past few months and the trends of such indicate the market will continue to be livelily over the coming future months as well.
There are currently 121 homes in Centennial that have been on the market for an average of 81 days, and listed at an average of $556,744 or $189 per square foot. These homes range in size from 992-8,662 square feet, 2-7 bedrooms, 1-8 bathrooms and 2-4 car garages.
293 Centennial homes are under contract after being on the market for an average of 36 days. These homes were listed at an average of $340,830 or $166 per square foot and range in size from 896-6,007 square feet. All of the homes under contract have 2-6 bedrooms, 1-7 bathrooms, and 2-7 car garages.
In the past three months, 384 homes have sold in Centennial after an average of 53 days on the market. These homes were initially listed at $332,681 or $161 per square foot, but sold for $330,750 or $160 per square foot. All of these homes were built between 1952 and 2012, have 1-7 bedrooms, 2-6 bathrooms and range from 981-4,531 square feet.
Within the past month, 150 Centennial homes have sold after being on the market for an average of 46 days. These homes were listed at $338,543 or $161 per square foot, but sold for $338,905 or $160 per square foot. Each of these homes were built between 1957 and 2012, have 1,100-4,445 square feet, 2-6 bedrooms and 2-6 bathrooms.
The real estate market in Centennial is obviously very active. Although the average time homes spend on the market is increasing, the market is remaining very fluid. It can be anticipated that the market will continue to speed up in the coming Summer months.
