Recently First American Title allowed me the privilege to attend the Disney Leader Institute Training on Custom Solutions. Disney's customer service reputation is world known. They pride themselves on giving their customers "the experience" to keep them returning to Disney time and time again. 

During this 3 day training seminar what stood out the most is their code of guest services.
