My Favorite Newbie First Posts! Week of April 18th 2013
I am impressed with the Newbies in the Rain. They are writing some great posts and look like they have been contributing here for years. I am also thankful for Connie Harvey compiling the list to make it easier for us to read these Newbie posts. If you haven't read these, take a few minutes and meet some new Rainers.
My Favorite Newbie First Posts! Week of April 18th 2013
I keep saying that our Newbie bloggers are getting better and better and this week is no exception of outstanding First Posts!
Michael Routh tackles a very sensitive subject about Realtors and what the Public thinks of us. His list of 5 Myths Debunked about Vail, Colorado Real Estate Agents could very well apply to most of our areas. We all know that the public thinks we make way too much money and do little or no work. Michael breaks down several of the common topics that Buyers and Sellers ask themselves.
Ann Griffin's first post is a Market Report on the Real Estate Trends of Mesa Arizona. It's a Seller's Market in Mesa AZ explains how one of the hardest hit markets in the Nation "has come back to life." Certainly good news for those looking to sell in Mesa. And good news for all of us across the country as our own markets rebound.
While I normally don't post Newbie's introduction to themselves, Joel Constantz wrote a post that was so beautifully written, I had to share it. A thing of Beauty is a Joy forever... tells why he moved to Virginia Beach and what he hopes to accomplish there as a Realtor. It's one of the nicest introductions I've read in years!
Margaret Carlton breaks down the Important influences that affect many buyers who are in the market to purchase a home. How Much Should a Home Cost discusses the emotions involved in purchasing a home and how the low cost of borrowing money has a strong influence on many buyers' decisions.
Myths are a hot topic this week. Craig Candage touches on a topic of conversation that we often have with Sellers in his Myth: the Earth is Flat and Newspapers Sell Houses. It seems like advertising in the Newspaper still comes up during many listing presentations. Craig gives us a summary of a report put out by Google and the National Association of Realtors.
So that's our list for this week. Please give these new Bloggers a shout out and welcome them to ActiveRain with your comments on their posts!
