Located in north Arvada, just south and west of Standley Lake, The Landing at Standley is a complex of 559 single-family detached homes built between 1987 and 1995. 88% of Landing at Standley Lake homes are owner occupied.
More than half of the current owners have lived in The Landing at Standley Lakes for more than 10 years. You can hear how much they love living at The Landing at Standley Lake if you walk the neighborhood and strike up conversations with anyone who happens to be around.
There is a homeowner's association, fees are $70 to $74 per quarter.
The neighborhood is bordered by Alkire St on the west, Simms St. on the east, 84th Ave. on the south, and 86th Pkwy. on the north.

Right now, there is only one home for sale in The Landing at Standley Lake. With a list price of $374,500 it's been on the market only four days.
Four Standley Lake homes are currently under contract, with list prices ranging from $264,900 to $337,500. Those homes were on the market before going under contract for 2 days, 4 days, 10 days, and 198 days (this last one was a short sale, which explains its long time on the market).
Forty-eight Landing at Standley Lake homes sold in the past year, from a low of $215,555 to a high of $383,000. The average sold price was $305,576 and the average number of days on the market was 39.
Only one sale in the past year was a short sale, and one was a foreclosure.
Dry Creek Trail passes through the neighborhood, although the creek was not dry, but bubbling merrily when I was there on April 24, 2013.
Children who live in The Landing at Standley Lakes neighborhood attend school at Sierra Elementary School, Oberon Middle School, and Ralston Valley High School.
