Once again, it is time to share another Free App for Friday. We all set goals, we write business plans and some times we need an easy
way to track our progress. Well, here is the app for that! It is called Lift. Lift will allow you to enter these tasks and every day when you have completed the task, you sign in. The app displays a visual graphic showing your results. Remember it takes 3 weeks to debvelop a new habit.
So what are some of the tasks you can track, it can be anything from drinking more water, exercising or learning something new.
