Lenn I know that you guys have a lot of land out there, so this may not be an issue.  However, here in CT trying to get financing on a property that is more than 5 acres is tough, there is a lot of Investor overlays.  The main issue in the past is that underwriting needs to include documentation in the loan file stating that the property is not zoned or presently able to sub-divide.  Most of the towns here in CT will not provide that, so these properties end up most of the time being financed by a Portfolio Lender.  Do you run into the same issue where you are?

George.  Not at all.  This is a track of land in an area zoned 10 acres or more.  The builder is the developer.
