223 Aiokoa Street Open House Feedback

Real Estate Agent with BERKSHIRE HATHAWAY HomeServices Hawai'i Realty RS-63620

This is a follow up blog about this new listing that entered the market last week Monday. Broker's open had over 70 brokers and public groups that came through this past Thursday. This Sunday there were 40-50 groups. I was fortunate enough to get featured on the Honolulu Star Advertiser, and a BONUS ARTICLE below from the Honolulu Magazine which was a pleasant surprise! The writer was nice enough to email me the link to her article.

The interesting thing that I experienced on this Sunday open house, was that people lingered at the house. By 5:00pm there were still people there not only walking through, but in one of the master suites where there are lounge chairs, there were people sitting and talking, I looked outside, there were people sitting on the blue lounge chairs, and bench hanging out. It was like a party and they just didn't want to leave!!!

I am expecting multiple offers and will keep you posted on the progress of this listing. I wish I had 10 more listings like this one. If you are thinking of selling, now is the time to sell. Buyers are just waiting for you to list!!!

Open House Pick of the Week: Aikahi Park

PHOTO CREDIT: COLDWELL BANKER PACIFIC PROPERTIES

An immaculately cared for home came on the market just a few days ago in the Aikahi Park neighborhood in Kailua. The four-bedroom, three-bath home offers more than 1,800 square feet of living space.

The home features two master suites, one with a separate private entrance perfect for guests or extended family.

The lovely open-air living room takes in plenty of natural sunlight, taking advantage of one of the best lighting features on the Islands. Gorgeous hardwood floors and newer fan and light fixtures add to the charm of this lovely entertainment area.

The kitchen has been redone in perfect Island-style, with new white cabinets, granite counters and stainless-steel appliances.

And it’s not just the inside of this house that will make you want to kick off your shoes and relax—the private backyard comes well landscaped with enough space to relax and barbecue, and a hot tub for all those chilly evenings.

This neighborhood is a great family neighborhood, good for children and convenient to H-3 and the Pali Highway for easy commuting. With a two-car driveway and plenty of street parking, you’ll be able to invite over plenty of family and friends for your housewarming party!

For those interested in the property, there will be an open house Sunday, April 28 from 2-5 p.m.

I have not experience the party atmosphere at an open house before.

It was interesting. They would have never left if there was alcohol served :)

Lila-That looks like a very open and dare I say fun home. Looks like a great place to entertain. That's not a typical open house for this neck of the woods. Wish I could get some of that laid-back, island sort of vibe here.

It was fun. The next day I felt like I partied all night long...tired but worth it
