This is a follow up blog about this new listing that entered the market last week Monday. Broker's open had over 70 brokers and public groups that came through this past Thursday. This Sunday there were 40-50 groups. I was fortunate enough to get featured on the Honolulu Star Advertiser, and a BONUS ARTICLE below from the Honolulu Magazine which was a pleasant surprise! The interesting thing that I experienced on this Sunday open house, was that people lingered at the house. By 5:00pm there were still people there not only walking through, but in one of the master suites where there are lounge chairs, there were people sitting and talking, I looked outside, there were people sitting on the blue lounge chairs, and bench hanging out. It was like a party and they just didn't want to leave!!!
