Ralston Estates is a mature Arvada neighborhood, located in west Arvada. Ralston Estates is a complex of 703 single-family detached homes built between 1972 and 1995, the newer homes are west of Deframe St.. 89% of Ralston Estates homes are owner occupied.
59% of the current owners have lived in Ralston Estates for more than 10 years. There is no homeowner's association.
The neighborhood is bordered by 72nd Ave. and 64th Ave. to the north and south, and is west of Ward Road to Eldridge.
As with most Arvada neighborhoods, Ralston Estates residents enjoy a nice park with paved paths, grass and trees, and a play set.
Right now, there are only two homes for sale in Ralston Estates. Listed at $299,900 and $580,000, they've been on the market for two days and sixteen days, respectively.
Ten Ralston Estates homes are currently under contract, with list prices ranging from $226,000 to $337,500. Those homes were on the market before going under contract for an average of 77 days.
Forty-four Ralston Estates homes sold in the past year, from a low of $148,250 to a high of $369,000. The average sold price was $264,907 and the average number of days on the market was 45.
None of the homes sold in the past year was a short sale, and four were foreclosures.
Children who live in the Ralston Estates neighborhood attend Stott Elementary, Oberon Middle School, and Arvada West High School.
