Claremont Market Watch April 24-30, 2013
Okay, so Times, They Are A Changin'! (Found Bob Dylan's Song Here!)This week in Claremont things are begining to move and shake. There were 8 new listings coming into the Claremont market for sale. It goes along with an article I read earlier on the Redfin blog about seller confidence booming.
Four homes had price changes this week in Glendora. I don't think we can blame this on the banks any longer. In fact if I read it correctly now, this is probably due to the rising home values and people need to get that last dollar from their home. This I completely understand having been on the selling side not too long ago.
When you compare the 8 new listings to the 7 sold and 3 pending, it is still a tad bit upside down. However, when you also add in the 2 that came back on the market, and the 5 that went into back up offer status, it's still a tad bit crazy in Claremont. Five homes off the market more than came on. However 3 listings were expired here in Claremont this week which means they are not selling before their contract for sale expires.
I stay on top of the cities I serve in the SoCal 210 Corridor as you can see and will be more than happy to help you with your real estate needs whether that be to answer any question you may have, give you a free home evaluation, sell your home or find you a home- anything to help out. And ALWAYS go with a local Realtor you can trust!
