Pittis Pottery is having an Open House to celebrate Spring. The event will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013, from 10:00 am until 6:00 pm.

Pittis Pottery is located in Daniels, WV just outside Beckley. Diana Pittis works from her studio and showroom located next to her beautiful 105+ year old farmhouse where she creates custom stoneware items and one of a kind raku pots. Rebecca, my wife taught ceramics at local community colleges for many years. My house is full of great pottery and ceramicst--hers, trades with friends and purchases. I've had custom cabinets built to hold it all. It's floor to ceiling pottery in a couple rooms. Nonetheless, if I was closer I would attend the Pittis Pottery Open House to buy more.
