Good, bad, and the ugly? Not any more

Home Inspector with, covering the USA S0289

Today was an interesting day for me as we had three final draw inspections. Three projects came to a conclusion all on the same day. Lets take a look at all three.

Kitchen before

 after improved

Gas line ran, tile back splash and counter-tops. Got rid of those pressed wood cabinets with butcher block counter-top and that hood... whoa...

Front scene before

front scene after improved

Dual pane windows, replaced the front porch, refinished hardwood flooring, fresh interior and exterior paint, updated kitchen and bathrooms.

Kitchen to left was missing doors and the laminate counter-tops were worn through in some areas.

SJ kitchen after

What a difference some new cabinets with high quality hinges that self close and some granite can do

Front scene before renovation

The home to the left was in a flood zone... the owners wanted to raise it above the flood plain to save on the flood insurance. Here is the result...

What a difference some vision can provide

Cut back the trees a bit, put a new front porch entry and the home takes on a whole different attitude.

Sounds like a very active day. All the pictures look good. On to the next one.

Bill, yes we do lots of draws each week but to have three in the same day do the final was a little different. I did five draw inspections yesterday and none were the final. Thanks for stopping by.
