What's the Neighborhood Like?

The waterfront homes you would expect to find for sale in the Oceanview Neighborhood are generally going to range between 2000 and 3000 square feet.  The largest home in this neighborhood is over 10,000 square feet.  Most of the homes were originally built back in the late 1960's and 1970's. The last set of homes in this subdivision were built in 1993.  Since then, many of the homes have had updated and remodeled extensively.  It's not uncommon to find homes that have spacious finished basements adding to the square footage of some of these great homes. The smallest homes in the neighborhood start with 3 bedrooms while the larger floor plans have a four or five bedroom layout with some models putting the master bedroom on the main floor. Each home has an attached and heated three car garage.  Most of the lots are about an acre so there is plenty of room for people to get out and enjoy the beautiful Alaska weather.
