Wow and I mean wow. April 2013 had 124 MLS sold listings. This is compared to 72 sold listings in April of 2012 and only 58 sold listings for April of 2011. With only 5 Kauai REO sales for April 2013 this equates to 4% of the market. There are 2 new REOs that came on the market today.  A buyer needs to be quick.
