Jobless claims came in below forecasts at a 5 year low.  Mortgage Backed Securities prices opened a little lower after up and down day yesterday.  Pricing is on average roughly 0.125 worse than where the market closed yesterday.

Advice:
With Unemployment coming in just under Consensus, and Productivity improving over the last Quarter. I would expect the market to continue to slip as we see some profit taking from the recent rally.

Mixed news this morning. Most of it is pressuring bonds a bit. Specifically the jobless claims number was better than expected. I'd expect a fairly narrow range today, ahead of tomorrows employment numbers. Three is a head and Shoulders forming right on top of our trend line...depening on tomorrows employment numbers, this will most likely have a turbo effect..one way or the other. Careful!
