Super hot? Well, that's what a company I received an email from today said I could do - create a video that would be super hot. I have an open mind and am ready to learn new things so I went to their site. Hmm...It appears being super hot costs a pretty penny.

I'm always attending classes; a must if I'm going to stay current with the latest tips, tricks and techniques for marketing, blogging, designing, etc. One of the things covered in last night's class was about adding video to your posts. Many free and upgraded products were discussed. Adding video to your blog posts does, indeed, add interest but I wanted to take it a step further. I wanted to think about how Realtors® could use video for their business.

We live in a different business world now. Gone are the days of sell, sell, sell. Today, it's important to cultivate relationships, share our knowledge freely and show our clients that we are there for them before, during and after the sale. The length of the video is up to you. This 24-second video was created using the free version of Animoto. It took literally 10 minutes to create. Take a few photos, add your own sentiments and, of course, your own little piece of "Remember Me" real estate at the end.

- Promote Your Communities - Create a video with shots of local attractions, events and scenery. Add why you love living there.
