A hugely popular new home community that recently sold out is Monterra at Cooper City by CC Devco homes. I believe the main reasons for this community selling out so fast is because of the lack of inventory in Cooper City and south Broward in general, and most buyers will prefer a new home in a new community vs. buying a resale in an older established community. The homes will have the very latest in building codes, hurricane impact glass is made available as an option and it's exciting for people to begin living in the same community in roughly the same time.
