Hi Lucky - thanks for asking - APOD is Annual Property Operating Data.  It shows the income and expense statement for the properties.  Yes, the NOI, or Net Operating Income, is AFTER removing all expenses from the Gross income (minus vacancy factor).   The NOI is what is available to pay debt service - or mortgage payment - for the property.
