The Stamford CT Real Estate market is awesome! In Stamford we are seeing multiple offers and decreasing inventory of single family homes available for sale in Stamford. Let's take a look at the numbers....Stamford CT the City that Works

Supply and demand for homes in Stamford is changing daily.  However I will attempt to give you the top level data.  Last month 50 properties sold in Stamford CT, of the properties 1 was a foreclosure and 25 were sold for less than the median sales price of $595,000.  As of April 30, 2013 there were  512 single family properties for sale.  154 of those were new listings (not necessarily new to the market, some were on the market before and re-listed with a different multiple listing number (MLS)).

 The amount of inventory is decreasing and the rate that homes are selling is increasing, as demonstrated by the 2.6 months of single family inventory currently available in Stamford CT.  This means it would only take 2.6 months to sell the current homes for sale on the market in Stamford if no additional homes were introduced to the market for sale versus the 5.0 months of March.
