Sun City Grand April 2013 sales was the highest since Del Webb ended new home sales in 2005. April sales did not follow the same pattern as April 2012 or March 2013 as we saw an increase in the number of closed sales, an increase of nearly 33% over April 2012 and an increase of 32% over March 2013.
