I think I have discovered the trick to driving traffic into an Open House....

We hosted an Open House over the weekend...extended hours which started early and ran late in the afternoon.

I knew I would be hungry at some point, and assuming I would have a "lull" in traffic at some point, was sure I could sneak a bite of my sandwich, and get back hosting the open house.

EVERYTIME the lull came, I would go to get my sandwich, and literally, folks would immediately appear at the front door!

So--there's the trick...when traffic slows down, have your lunch at the ready, and traffic should without fail regain momentum.

We hosted over 50 folks---so I'm telling you..this works!

Am I right? LOL!  Happy Monday all...

I'm not sure which is better advice, being open for extended hours or bringing your lunch! Apparently having something with you to eat at an open house is like planning a vacation. You are suddenly inundated with business!

Does this fall into the same category as deciding to take a week off and then the calls just pour in?   Worth trying!

The other trick that works is to make a phone call to another client - works evey time, LOL.  Glad you had a good turn out.
