I am loving the numbers I'm seeing this week!  The median sales price of the 4 properties that sold is over $200,000!  It wasn't long ago that it was consistently less than half this price.  Not only that, but the average list-to-sale percentage is a very respectable 98.06% and the average number of days on market was under 100 (97.75 to be precise).

Five new listings (with a nice median list price of $195,300) take the place of the four that sold, so we have the potential for this trend to continue (though the median list price of the 23 properties currently in escrow is only $89,000).
