Hi Chris - it looks like a great place, with the volleyball court and pool, it took me back to when I was in college.  Can you give us some example pricing?

Had I missed it?  That's a great price!  for 4 bedrooms?  That's the way to send kids to college and they can rent the other rooms and cover some monthly expenses.  very nice Chris!

Yes, they do allow animals though there may be some size limitations.  There aren't any available currently.  Would you like to be notified when one comes available?

How much is it to rent an individual room in the complex? And how do I get info on that?

I don't do rentals.  One of the best ways to find room rentals is on one of the many websites devoted to roommate finding.  The college has lists for that.  Another decent way is to see about signs in windows at the complex you are looking at.  I think in general around $400 per month is the prevaling rate.  Good luck!
