As I was ironing the master bedroom bedding, I could hear the agent, who had come over to see the staging, scream with delight. Next, I heard; "Oh my gosh, Kathy." After touring each of the rooms, I asked her what her favorite room was. Her response: All of them. Music to my ears!!

Nothing more dreadful than showing an empty dark home with spider webs and leaves in the yard. The photos of the homes you have staged look great and I can see how that would vastly improve the prospect's impression of the home.
