Spring Mesa is new luxury neighborhood in west Arvada that sits between W 64th Ave and W 80th Ave to the north
and south ,and Highway 93 and Indiana to the East and west, and is surrounded by open space, walking trails and several lakes and ponds. Homes in this community were built between 2005 and 2013, and are mostly 2 story and contemporary in style. Spring Mesa was recently featured in the Denver Post as one of Colorado’s most popular luxury communities.
There are currently 12 Spring Mesa homes for sale. These homes have been on the market for an average of 127 days, have 2-5 bedrooms, 3-6 bathrooms, and 3 and 4 car garages. The active homes are listed at an average of $637,692 or $185 per square foot and range in size from 2,482-4,196 square feet.
5 Spring Mesa homes are currently under contract after being on the market for an average of 190 days and listed at an average of $590,545 or $186 per square foot. 4 of these homes are 2 story in style and one is a ranch, all of these homes have 3-5 bedrooms, 3-5 bathrooms and 3 car attached garages.
Only two homes in Spring Mesa have sold in the past three months. The first was listed at and sold for $560,000 after being on the market for 8 days. There has not been a lot of activity in Spring Mesa’s real estate market in the past few months, however this can be attributed the community being so new. Homes in the community were built in the past several years which means many original home owners are still residents of the community, and there has simply not been enough time passed to show turn over in the community and fluidity in the market.
