I just wanted to ask "what is the media talking about it being a dead market?" Now is a great time to buy a home! The interest rates are low, there is a huge inventory out there to choose from, and sellers have to price their homes competitively! I wish the media would do research before scaring the population!

Agreed but as they say all real estate is local and to me that means "my own backyard" I stopped listen to all the negativity and realized that if I focused in my business my clients and my check book the news was all good and because of that mindset my business is growing.
The media is doing what they can to influence the election. I have no problem with them favoring certain candidates but they need to be honest about it. They need to report the facts and let you decide.
