Overall, the Lee's Summit area home sales indicate that your area is in a NORMAL SELLER's Market.  Overall, the numbers indicate there is 5.65 months of inventory available for buyers to choose from indicating the normal seller market.  There appears to be a demand for homes priced between $100,000 to $200,000 and under with three to six months of inventory in those price bands.  On the other end of the spectrum, there appears to be 11 months of inventory in the $200k-$300k price band indicating a BUYER'S Market in that price band. Seller's in that price range can expect a longer period of time to get their home sold, so patience is a key factor for those folks.
