My garden is planted, yaay!    Here's what I've got going this year:   green beans (of course!! - nothing better than fresh picked!!), roma tomatoes, eggplant, watermelon, green onions, red onions, lettuce, strawberries, parsley, basil, oregano and carrots!

Speaking of carrots...here's one of my containers - complete with baby bunny, lol.   For me, container gardening is the way to go - give it a try!

Great one. I love to garden, too. We do all kinds of tomatoes, summer squash, yellow and green cucumbers, beans and herbs of all kinds. We have a large garden, but many years ago, we use to container garden.

You are a little ahead of us in warm weather.  We have spinach and mixed lettuce well underway.  Peas are in as well as heirloom tomatoes, zuchinni, eggplant, brocolli and herbs.  A little early for beans and watermelon but looking forward to the harvest all summer long.

I love the idea of growing carrots in a container Kara, never gave it a thought!  Our planting season hasn't begun here in PA yet.  BTW, I have family in Williston.

We just go for the flowers and ornamental bushes. We tried strawberries, but that was a failure.
