Fsbo’s making a comeback?

In our market the answer is yes.  Not so much in the traditional home sale sector, but anything that has potential (i.e. renovation, redevelopment) is prime for a direct sale.

Builders seem to have recapitalized, investors are making themselves known, and individual buyers are back to writing letters to the owners of prime property. 

I think we’ve seen this movie before ...........
