Like most other San Diego Neighborhoods, Coronado showed a progressive April 2013. The reason for the market activity is attributed to the number of closed sales last month, which was at  33. It is also worth noting that the pending listing was significantly high at 48 while the contingents were at 4. As a result of listings either going under contract or being sold, the inventory was composed of only 132 Coronado homes for sale as last April ended.
