This past weekend I had just finished with one deal, when a client who lost a earlier deal called me. In an hour we were viewing a 2 bedroom, 1 bath home with nice updates. He along with what seemed to be 4 other agents and their client's liked the home and offer's would be presented that evening. When I arrived to to the office for offer submitting it hit me that I have never spoken face to face with a seller for my client. Before I went in I asked the listing agent to stop and I explained that in a way I am a multiple offer virigin. I had done multiple offer's before but never a face to face. To my suprise the other agent stated just be yourself and represent your client best you can. After 5 minutes and 30 minutes of question answering the deal was my client's. So If you find yourself in this position "be yourself and represent your client as best you can", and you'll find more often than not the deal is yours!
