Mothers Day in Nampa Idaho...
I am very fortunate to still have
my Mom.....and all of my siblings live here in Nampa Idaho.
For the past several years we have celebrated Mothers Day at my house...
Maybe because I don't have children I have given birth too...
( I did become Mama Deb to my husbands daughter, Jamie, 5 years ago )
The only problem is that I don't really have a home conducive to entertaining large groups...
We have 13 that attend usually....so it does get a bit cozy. But today the weather cooperated with us and it was 90 degrees...so we at outside.
My brother Greg grilled Salmon...of course there were no leftovers of the salmon...
We also had baked beans, twice baked potatoes, a wonderful salad and corn on the cob and home made rolls...
For dessert we had strawberry short cakes!
It was a great day for eating and celebrating....
I was spoiled for Mothers Day...
I got a plane ticket to visit my out of town Husband...can't wait...
I also got a plant from my sister,
a bracelet from my aunt and a beautiful necklace from my Mom! 
Of course I got an awesome gift of help in my yard last weekend from my Dad!

and if you aren't a Mother I hope you spent the day with your mother or at least special people in your lives !
