Colby Cheese Days, a great event for lovers of Cheese and Fun
I have always enjoyed Cheese, especially since I grew up on a dairy farm where we produced the milk for a lot of cheese and could buy back a fair amount of it from the creamery where we sold our milk.
But then when I went to college and met a girl from a town with an exceptional type of cheese actually named after it, I got to meet some real Cheese Enthusiasts.
Since that time I have enjoyed the Food and Fun of this little town in Central Wisconsin.
Put the third weekend of July on your calendars and make a special trip to Central Wisconsin for this event, and bring an appetite.
