Improve your home when listing for Sale

By
Real Estate Agent

Sellers can improve their home's appeal without spending a lot . Market has a large inventory, and compiting with other listings is important not only in price, but in style.

Try with

Paint- it is a costly-effective way to change and refresh the look of entire living and social areas- More important are in order- Family-Living-Dining and Master bedroom

Try adding Molding- like ceiling mold or chair rails- The simple designs the better.

Add a bold or sculptural piece like a vase, sculpture or bamboo poles in a tall vase. Also a big water fountain displayed in the foyer will do the trick.

Add a colorful throw or accent pillows on a solid sofa- You need to enhance dark solid colors in the living or family room

Add  live plants and red flowers all around the house. In the bathrooms add scented candles.

Always remember to have everything decluttered- pack items you don't need- anyhow you will need to do it t for moving.

Keep balance of colors and harmony between color, texture and shapes.

Very good tip you have provided here. I really like the fact you can do this at little on no cost in some cases.

So true. Too many listers aren't too aware of the fact that they are competing against many home sellers. The buyer can be choosy today- and they'll typically want to move into a home that has the least amount of work.

Sometimes this is easier said than done.  Most sellers think their home is the best - and nothing can make it better.

Adam

Our work is sell the home for them, and if they deposit their trust on us, they should follow our recomendations. Yes, is right- their home is is the best- and you will sell it because they want you to. Use what is in the house- and what is not needed can be packaged for the moving. Thanks for reading me post.
