Spiffy House with Pool

By
Services for Real Estate Pros with Vizzitopia

There was some furniture here in this home in Westfield, NJ, but for the most part, the homeowners had taken everything with them to the new house.   Westfield is another NJ swanky community on a direct train line to New York City.

The dining room set was already here.  We changed the table display, the lamps, and moved the furniture around a little.

I try so hard to get photos from the same angle.  I always remember the blue tape afterwards!

I was so pleased it came with a football picture - the house opened for Super Bowl Sunday!!

Yeah, what's up with those dots?  I'm assuming it was condensation from rain or snow that day.

Ah, Carole, I do so hope so.  But, it's a corner location in a neighborhood in the process of turning up the heat... we'll see.  It sure is quite lovely, with tons of space for a huge family, in a great school system... all within commuting distance of New York.  Why do I fall in love each time and feel the personal rejection every time a weekend passes and the house hasn't garnered multiple offers?  <gr>

The clients wanted to move back in!!  It's lovely when a homeowner is pleased.  It's even better when the house sells for a respectable price in a short period of time..... fingers crossed, eh?

Juliet ~ I love the red touches in the living room.  That pool must be such a refreshing sight in the summer months!

Yeah, I can only imagine what that pool cost!  It's spectacular, and has been featured in tons of magazines.  There's a slide, a gazebo, lush plantings all fabulous.  I was a bit worried that there was too much red in the LR, but it sure photographs up nicely.  Thanks for stopping by, Kathy!  You always have the kindest things to say.

I love the house, especially the kitchen, funny how just the hand towels bring in some color, but I'm always a sucker for a great pool!

Hmm, me too!  If only NJ weather allowed us all to use them more!  And, yes, I've just started with kitchen towels - they really help enliven a kitchen.  Good ROI on them too!

Great staging!  And the pool... AMAZING!  You don't see too many back yards like that in MN.

Well this certainly looks like a beautiful home.  What a nice new listing!  I wish you good luck with your marketing program, and I hope it sells quickly for you.

Thank you, Don, for a lovely comment, and Kristina, too!  We don't have any offers on this home yet, but the local symphony has asked if they can put it on their fundraising house tour!!

Your staging looks great! The dining room looks so much better after you toned down all that greenery and florals. I would love a pool like that in my backyard!
