The Las Vegas High Rise Market is seeing a large amount of activity, much of which is coming from California as well as over seas purchasers. I have recently viewed many of the High Rise Projects currently going on in Las Vegas, and was very impressed with the product they are offering with the Las Vegas Strip and city views. In speaking with many of the onsite sales agents they are reporting that along with second home purchases coming mainly from California, they are seeing a large amount of oversees investors taking advantage of various programs currently offered.
