Okay, so I'm figuring out this whole blog, seo, facebook, LinkedIn, real estate internet presence stuff and I have to admit, it's driving me a bit bonkers! Holy cow, there is a lot of stuff to learn!! I feel like I'm in high school again but this is the most important test of the year, i.e., if I don't pass this test and get good at this blogging, facebooking, seo, you know...I will fail at getting a piece of the web pie. Pardon me if my posts rant a bit too long and my sentences are run-ons but again, I'm getting the hang of this stuff and it may take a little bit of time before my writing skills kick back in; so bare with me or is it bear with me??:)
Okay, so since this is my first post I feel it's important to introduce myself a bit. I have been a licensed Realtor in the state of Arizona since 1999 and my husband and I own Sun Point Appraisals, Inc., a residential and commercial real estate appraisal firm. We're located in Scottsdale, Arizona. When I say my business is real estate and we truly are all about real estate all the time, I'm not exaggerating. Our firm completes more than 400 appraisals on average, every single month. I'm hoping between my Realtor stores and Paul's appraisal stories, I'll have plenty to talk about and share with all my fellow real estate bloggers. Please, if you ever have a questions about an appraisal or the Arizona real estate market, ask away and I will do my best to answer you in a timely manner. Tomorrow I'm asking my 22 year old daughter to show me how to set this up from my phone so I don't miss any responses to my blog posts.
