I just learned the acronym VOW as I read this post.  I would have liked more information in the post instead of where to go to find out more information.  When I have the time, I may go to the other places to do more research.  I prefer as much information as possible in one spot.

Hi Roger, Thank you for the feedback and we'll keep that in mind on our next post! When a viewer is on a VOW real estate website, they can view far more than just what is an active property on the market at that moment. They can see what listings have expired, what has sold, and what is under contract that fits their search criteria. This information can help the seller and the buyer know whether or not they are in a buyer’s market or a seller’s market, depending on whether or not the comps of properties in their price range and location are selling quickly. A VOW is beocming a powerful tool for Real Estate Lead Generation! If you have any questions at all about a VOW please let us know.
