Hyland Greens is a neighborhood in Westminster Colorado that features homes from the 320s to the 950s.  Homes in this community range in size from 1,495- 4,149 square feet, 2-5 bedrooms, 2-5 bathrooms and 2-3 car garages.  Hyland Greens homes were built between 1976 and 2000 and are characterized by contemporary architecture.  Most of these homes are 2 story homes, but some are tri level and ranch style.  Hyland Greens does have an HOA which provides a clubhouse, a community pool and grounds maintenance for about $700 annually.

Hyland Greens is located with in Adams County and is in Adams 50 School District. Specific schools for the area are Sunset Ridge Elementary School, Shaw Heights Middle School and Westminster High School.

The community of Hyland Greens is right in the middle of the heart of Westminster and close to everything one could need. The neighborhood has a spacious park tucked in the middle of the community.  Hampshire Park has a huge, new playground, picnic areas, a baseball diamond and a basketball court.  Hampshire parks the halfway point on a walking trail that runs through the neighborhood and parallels a small creek.  A half mile away is the Westminster City Park and Recreation Center which spans over several city blocks.

Hyland Greens is also very close to the Westminster Promenade which has a movie theatre, bowling alley, arcade themed restaurant, ice cream shop, several boutiques and a wide variety of restaurants.  This community within a very close proximity to several grocery stores, home stores, furniture stores and a handful of gyms, yoga and pilates studios and boxing and mixed martial arts training centers.  

This area has very easily access to the Boulder turn pike and is just a 20 minute drive away from both Boulder and downtown Denver.
