My office is composed of agents ranging in age from the low 20's to mid 60's. We all agree that the best way to sell Real Estate and prosper is to "Show Up". We are located south of downtown San Antonio and our location has been a real estate office for over 30 years. We still get walk ins and the phone rings all the time. We are located in the southern sector of the city. An area with very few real estate offices. Ours is the largest! People hit their foreheads and say "show up"??? Yes, get out of your pajamas, leave your home office and go into the office. Get motivated, talk to other agents in your office about new listings, buyers looking for a particular area, take a look at some videos the other agents may be doing for their listings...............basically get involved with your fellow agents...............you may learn something or even get a walk in client.
We all came to the office this past week and challenged each other to do something new, open up a You Tube Channel, walk flyers, post videos about our city, ourselves, anything just get your name out there. We challenged each other to "Show Up"
