Grounded outlet sparks a lot of interest.

Sometimes I come across something that simply catches my eye. I'm glad I had a camera with me to "capture" the moment."

I thought it was one the most amazing things I've ever seen. What can one say about such ingenuity?

The installation seemed easy enough.

I thought if they could be mass produced it would be a big seller. I'm looking for some investors.

VERY nice----was it actually functional?  A lot of people don't realize those kinds of installations can keep right on working---even under water without tripping a breaker.  Kind of dangerous though:)  Earthworms aren't going to like it, and the ground probably won't freeze in the vacinity.

It was different; certainly can see that it caught your eye.

WOW Steven - I never know what to expect when I tap on to one of your blogs.

Like Charles asked, is it functional?

I don't know if it is functional, by the look of the x-cord, it must be.

I was not inspecting when I saw it. I just happened to be somewhere and came across it. If I go back there I will check it out. What you see in the picture is all I saw. There was some guy working on his boat nearby, but he was in the cabin and I didn't want to bother him.

I would be curious to see if it were functional. Please give us an update. I think it would be functional, why else would they go to the trouble?

That has got to take the cake as one of the stupidest things I have seen in a while and I get in a lot of homes.

That's absolutely classic.  It's about as ingenious as the helicopter ejection seat.  Thanks for sharing, it was a good laugh.
