Historically .....
Historically May has the most homes available for purchasers to choose from. The number of properties available has shown a steady increase month over month for the year to date and while the numbers are still down from previous years they continue to climb for the month of May. At the current growth rate we are seeing an uptick in the trend line for the year which may result in slower price appreciation as buyers have more homes to chose from.
