Wesley Bolin Plaza will turn tropical over Memorial Day weekend for the Phoenix Caribbean Carnival. Look for the tropical oasis with live entertainment, food, arts and crafts and an area for kids. Come enjoy some tropics in the heat of the city with your friends and family. This is a free event and lasts each day from 10:00 to 7:00 pm. The kids will celebrate a carnival parade on Saturday at 1:00 too. And for everyone there us a Masquerade parade on Sunday at 11:00. There will be themed parties Friday through Sunday nights to enjoy.
