The market is steadily growing for high end Luxury Homes in the Silver Springs Area of West El Paso. The area is highly sought out for its extreme low crime rate, as of today it is 59% lower than the cities average. The general income for the area has a median of $65,000 for each single resident and the school systems are ranks 8 out of 10 in the city. Silver Springs average household size is at 2.3 and household taxes have been at a steady price of $9870. The area is near gorgeous arroyos, mountains, and cliff scenery.
